MMF joint workshop of the Macro and Finance Research Networks

We are pleased to announce that the next MMF Macro and Finance Research Network Workshop will take place on Wednesday, October 21, at the University of Birmingham, ahead of the Maxwell Fry Lecture, which this year will be delivered by Professor Mike Wickens.

The workshop brings together members of both the Macro Research Network and the Finance Research Network.

We encourage submissions reflecting the breadth of research across the two networks. In particular, we welcome papers on topics including International Macro-finance, Fiscal and Monetary Policy Interactions, Sovereign Debt and Treasury Markets, and AI and the Macroeconomy in both the short and long run. Submissions on other topics in macroeconomics and finance are also very welcome.

Network members interested in presenting a paper at the workshop should email their submissions to MacroRN@mmf.ac.uk by Friday, September 25.

Attendance at the workshop is open to all. A registration link will be circulated shortly.
